Queuing

Transactions sent by the Portal can receive transaction IDs in order to be identified by the Security Server. Transaction IDs allow the portal to send multiple transactions and messages to a device at once. The queuing function is governed by license. This function is only possible when in ASM Transaction Queue Length has the value > 1. We can check that in Kernel-> License management view. Accordingly, so many parallel transactions and messages can be sent by the portal to a user.

As soon as the user starts one of his devices, he receives the transactions as they are sent by the portal and in this order, he can confirm them. In case the user’s devices are offline, the push notification is sent to all the devices.
